Nathaniel

Interviewer: Hi Nathaniel, tell us a bit about yourself!

Nathaniel: Okay. What do you want to know?

Interviewer: What is your favourite thing to do?

Nathaniel: I love to play computer games for hours to make sure I hit all the levels I can in one sitting. I also like wrestling, and practising these moves on my sister when least expected.
(Note from editor: Do not try this at home kids).

Interviewer: You live in a pretty magical land, what's it like living there?

Nathaniel: It's great. It's just home so I consider it normal, you get used to the monsters and talking animals walking around.
Interviewer: Are you friends with any of these other characters?

Nathaniel: Well, I guess.
I don't love playing with other kids very much, I prefer to play by myself or with one friend at a time. But everyone here is ok with that, they know that everyone is different.

Interviewer: We look forward to seeing you in other books in the series

Abigail

Interviewer: Hi Abigail! You're very cute, how do you know Magia?

Abigail: *Swoosh. Swoosh. Swoosh*

Interviewer: What's that swooshing sound? You were here and now you're gone! Where are you? I can't see you. Oh, wait. There you are again!

Abigail: Sorry, I went to quickly say hi to Nathaniel before we got started.
Interviewer: You did all that in 3 seconds?

Abigail: Yes. It's my super power. I'm super fast. Everyone thinks I'm slow because they can't see me move.

Interviewer: That's incredible! How did you find out you have this super power?

Abigail: One day a teacher at school was telling my parents I was slow. I realised that she just didn't notice everything that I was doing really quickly like coming up with maths answers in my head.

Interviewer: I'm very much looking forward to seeing your super power in action in other books in the series!

Abigail: Thank you, me too!

Madame Dragoria

Interviewer: I thought dragons didn't exist!

Dragoria: Why hello, darling. It might be very strange for you to see a real dragon, but it's actually very lovely for me to see a real boy. I don't come across those very often.

Interviewer: So, are you really real or just part of our imagination?

Dragoria: Just because you may not see me all the time, doesn't mean I'm not there. What if there are many magical creatures that are wanting to play with you?
